Bird’s nest cleaning machine is the latest product developed by our company according to the characteristics of natural bird’s nest and through continuous improvement. The equipment is made of stainless steel corrosion-resistant material except motor and footplate, which fully meets the requirements of export food hygiene.
設(shè)備原理 Principle of Equipment
洗燕機(jī)通過(guò)電機(jī)振動(dòng)，形成強(qiáng)烈水流，通過(guò)水流振動(dòng)使燕窩呈翻滾、跳躍狀態(tài)，從而使燕窩與雜質(zhì)分離，沉淀物落到篩網(wǎng)底部通過(guò)排水口流入循環(huán)水箱廢料袋，方便二次挑選。出料通過(guò)高壓噴淋對(duì)燕窩再進(jìn)行二次清洗，燕窩清洗效果更好。
Sher vibrates through the motor to form strong water flow, which makes the bird’s nest roll and jump, so that the bird’s nest and impurities are separated, and the sediment falls to the bottom of the screen and flows into the waste bag of the circulating water tank through the drainage port, which is convenient for second selection.
